Yes. Every program comes with access to the 41 Launchpad community, so you keep learning and sharing long after the sessions end.
Yes. The three programs are independent — each is built for a different person and works in its own way. A founder might do the Founders program while a colleague does Leaders or Builders. There’s no required order.
You pay a smaller amount up front and the major part only after you’re placed in a role. The goal is simple: you should be job-eligible before you pay in full.
